The following is a list of common questions when ordering from the Authorized Online Store for Allison DOC®.

Where can I purchase an authorized subscription for Allison DOC® software?

Allison DOC® may only be purchased from Noregon Systems, the exclusive supplier of all Allison DOC® software.

I am an Allison Channel Member, why do I not see channel member pricing?

Ensure that you are logged into your account. If you still do not see Channel Member Pricing, contact Noregon Systems with your dealer code.

My license is expired. How do I renew the license?

Please refer to our Renewal Information Section.

I want to renew my license subscription, but the license has passed the renewal date. Can I still renew the annual subscription for the license(s)?

Subscription licenses must be renewed by the renewal date. A 45-day grace period will be provided for payment of license renewal at the renewal price. After the 45-day grace period, a new subscription license will need to be purchased and will be subject to the initiation fee.

What are the benefits of renewing a license on time?

  • Your annual renewal will not be subject to an initiation fee (the fee is applicable only to Premium subscriptions).
  • You can keep your existing license key(s) making the process seamless to the users of the software
  • You will not experience any lapse in functionality of the software
  • You will not experience interruptions caused by the normal order process time

Does the 1-year license subscription begin when a license is registered on the computer?

No, the license subscription begins on the date the license is purchased.

Why can't I enter a new license over an old license? The text box is disabled.

Allison DOC® is now a subscription product. If you previously activated Allison DOC® and then purchased a new license instead of a renewal key, contact Noregon Systems Sales Support (option 2). See our Renewal Information Section.

What if I lose my download installation or have to re-install?

As part of our commitment to our customers, we keep the downloads available on our server. You can return to the download site and download again.

What if my download fails?

You can always try again. Depending on your Internet connection, you may wish to avoid downloading during peak hours. If you still cannot download successfully, contact the Product Support Center to arrange for a DVD delivery.

I didn't get an email with my download/licenses. What do I do?

License Keys are generated from 8 am to 5:00 pm Eastern US Time Zone, Monday through Friday. Please allow up to 24 hours / one business day for an email to arrive. Additionally, check your email settings. Some mail servers may file the email as junk mail. If you are at a corporate site, check with your network administrator to ensure mail filters are not blocking email from customerservice@noregon.com and No-Reply.Allisonstore@noregon.com. If you are still having issues, contact the Product Support Center for assistance.

I need to pay with a purchase order, but the store only has credit card options at checkout.

Purchase Orders are only accepted for Allison Dealers and Distributors. If you are a dealer or distributor and are not able to use a purchase order on this site, please contact the Product Support Center. You must be logged into the store in order to access this feature.

What Version of Allison DOC® do you support?

Technical support is only available for the current version of Allison DOC®.
